A U.S. Senate committee recently held a panel describing the circumstances surrounding a potential nuclear terrorist attack on D.C.. Officials hope to bolster emergency response in order to better prepare for looming threats.

In this post-9/11 world, how is your area gearing up to prepare for a potential terrorist attack? How well does your department work with other local and state agencies? Would your agency be prepared should a nuclear attack occur? Does a terrorist attack incident rank high on the list of potential emergency situations?
