A recent article about restrictions placed on Colorado Springs American Medical Response's ability to perform Rapid Sequence Intubation (RSI) has brought a new aspect to the ongoing controversy. Should paramedics be allowed to do RSIs outside of the clinical setting? Was Colorado state correct in restricting EMS policies? Weigh in with your thoughts.
